We held our Balance Procedure conference a few weeks ago and had various of our speakers presenting their experiences of using The Balance Procedure. Right from the first speaker she had us all up on our feet singing a welcome song which we all enjoyed, going from the applause at the end.

All the speakers had their turn with no input from Jenny and I and two other speakers had us up dancing with a third putting us through a Zumba session. Everyone was blown away with the enthusiasm and energy in the room and we all had smiles on our faces and somewhat out of breath.

We learnt more during the speeches and importantly enjoyed learning.
The following week Jenny Cox my wife and creator of the Balance Procedure presented a talk The World Energy Conference and the contrast couldn't have been more different. Although their was plenty of interesting speakers and yes we did learn a lot it wasn't exactly foot stamping.

I believe the message of working with Energy needs to be spread and it can be fun, I know many people have serious problems but working with Energy is quick and I can only speak for The Balance Procedure when I say there's no need to trawl the past looking for things to fix.
