life’s changing practices:
In life’s changing pattens, what directive is there, why change anything, how do we bring in the new thoughts, recognising and examining them to help our understanding.


Ask ourselves, do we want to alter anything in our life that is giving us problems, every day as negative thoughts and actions, we are acting on our instincts that are the information given to us as we are growing up, things that are not enriching our life currently, these are conscious thoughts that have been directing our life.

10% of our thoughts are conscious, and are programmed in the brain as hard wiring, 90% are unconscious, the unconscious has NOT been hard wired into our thinking.

There are times in the day when we automatically go into the state of accessing the unconscious, these are just when we go into sleep and as we are waking up, going into mediation also takes us into the unconscious when we get proficient at it.

At this time, we can alter our mind set by thoughts and focussing on the new way to look at things that are happening to us, its possible to change our hard wiring at these times,
changing the things that are worrying us making us feel stressed, most of these are our experiences from the past or things that might happened in the future.

Being in the moment and not allowing these other thoughts, are a way through these negatives, sitting with yourself alone and just being in that twinkling of no time, letting your mind wander into anything that may show itself, not going over the past.

There is no set pattern, it is entirely up to the individual to appreciate that they are having distinctive feeling that are not the norm.
Each of us has a diverse perception on how we conduct our life and how we feel, question them!

There's nobody saying ‘do it this way and you'll feel like this’, the only way to be constructive is to expose yourself to the things you are experiencing in that instant, the gut feelings, and perceptions that you have not given any credence to before.


Each one of us can identify what is not sitting well with us anymore.
Over the years of our life, we have been having feelings that were not understood, thoughts that do not fit into our regular life, so we became efficient at blocking them out and ignoring them.


It's outside our normal reality on earth, acknowledging these hidden feelings, light headedness, disorientation, and disjointed thoughts that are not our normal conscious way of doing things, is the way forwards.


Open to it, take a minute and sit peacefully, going into them to find out what we are feeling right now’ while allowing them, it might only be for a very short time before we jump out of them and go back into our comfort zone of acceptability and consciousness, it will become easier with practice.


There is no way to describe them, they are illusive and vague until we give ourselves the interval to look’, even then, there is nothing except our old thoughts.
Its these that need to be let go of and permit the new to be there; perhaps a sensation or an impression that is something you might class as fancy and meaning nothing.

Its these considerations that are to be looked at and pondered on to bring them into conscious thoughts from unconscious, therefor changing the hard wiring into a more acceptable meaningful way of life in the future, focus on them, rest with them, they will probably be unrelated to anything that you normally know, do not dismiss them, let them gel, notice if they have any relevance at all, how good do you feel in that moment, sit with these observations for a while, they can be beneficial in your new future.

My experience was to observe my physicalness, seeing, and feeling the differences in my attitude in that moment that will alter the way I will see myself in the future, try looking at life now in the new light of day with new the new eyes of your lighter crystalline self and see how glorious you are.
