My life has been an amazing (spiritually), so amazing that I really felt that I had to write it all down. I then decided to publish it as a book in order to help bring healing to other people.
In the book I tell the story of how I discovered who I was in previous lifetimes; through a variety of different techniques. I discovered that in each incarnation, I had had a destructive, negative relationship with the soul of the man who sexually abused me in my current life. Through a bizarre sequence of events that took a group of nine women, including me to Southern France, I met a lady called Faye, who helped me to visit the first incarnation my abuser and I spent together. And thus commenced the healing process.
Sometimes we bring the effects of a traumatic experience into this life from a previous one, resulting in a variety of problems and I explain how I was affected by this phenomenon. In the first lifetime that my abuser and I spent together, I explain what happened and why he harboured negative feelings towards me, which he brought with him into each incarnation that we have shared since.
The book takes the reader backwards and forwards in time, sharing details and painting a picture of my past life experiences and demonstrating how they relate to current character traits, fears, relationships and even my original career path. I also describe how my relationship with my spirit guide, Abu, also relates to an important past life, thus explaining his decision to guide me through this lifetime. The discoveries I made on my journey, have lifted the dark
cloud that had hung above me and followed me since my childhood abuse. The cloud that stopped me from being free and from being myself.
The book is a true account of my struggle to finally come to terms with the pain left after being sexually abused at the age of fourteen. (It is NOT self pitying or focused upon the abuse but explains how by understanding the previous lives my abuser and I shared I brought about healing.) This is a compelling story with lots of twists and turns.
It is a must read for anyone suffering as a result of life’s traumas. It is simply told and concentrates upon the process of recovery. The ending is the most important aspect of the story because it contains the lesson I am projecting. I hope that you will enjoy reading my story but the most important point is for readers to use the information I have shared to help either themselves or a loved one find a way forward.
